Normally, she's very cute, even if she's not 100% on target. Uh...that weird pink hair is beyond atrocious and from the neck down she looks like a slimmer Britney Spears. That's not a compliment.

Ellen Pompeo may star in television's most popular drama, but the girl can't dress for the red carpet to save her life. I'm not sure what look she's going for but the giant-hefty-bag dress isn't flattering in the least. Seriously? Yeah, Seriously effing ugly.
