It's a very important documentary because the filmmakers and Al Gore do a fantastic job of breaking down scientific fact and explaining it in plain terms.The bottom line is that we, as a civilization, can not and will not survive if we continue to harm the environment. The United States accounts for over 30% of the world's CO2 emissions. We have the lowest standards for fuel economy and waste the most resources.
