Lindsey Lohan visited the hospital for the fifth time this year. She reportedly slipped and fractured her wrist in two places. Ouch. She may be suing Milk Studios, who hosted the Fashion Week party she was attending, claiming their negligence may cause her to miss work and/or meetings. Ooookay.
[Lohan's lawyer,] Heller is planning on filing a lawsuit against Milk Studios because the actress had been scheduled to return to LA for movie meetings, and that her accident may conflict with her ability to work and attend those meetings.
What judge in hell is going to buy that story? That her fractured wrist will prevent her from attending meetings?! Gimme a friggin' break. Her crack addiction is the culprit.
