The word is that Kate is absolutely distraught that her four-year on again/off again relationship with Orlando Bloom has come to an end. So devastated that she has lost her appetite and is unable to eat. Her friends stress that Kate does not have an eating disorder; she's just too sad to eat. At 5'7", she's now supposedly down to a mere 100lbs. Look how gorgeous her body was when she did Blue Crush.
